My experience with Lifework Education was very disappointing. The level of professionalism and communication was extremely poor. I drove about an hour and a half to attend a scheduled training session and arrived around 10 minutes late due to traffic. When I arrived, the trainer immediately refused to allow me to join, even though the class had just started and there were only two participants present. I wanted to update my BLS. This was the local vendor recommended by my work. Easy to book, plenty of times available on their online booking site. Also, easy to find with parking at the rear. All the staff, from check-in to the instructor were fantastic! I was very impressed with everyone. Definitely recommend for BLS.. I think everyone should be BLS trained at the minimum. (I've had certifications in the past: from BLS, ACLS and ATLS - so have been through many trainings over the years).
Lifework (Heartshare) has been around for a long time and is a great facility to taie your new classes or recertification classes. Highly recommend them.
