Just terrible. They will fight you the whole time and refuse to cover you when you are hurt. If there is a loophole, they will find it. If there are any lawyers out there who would like to help me sue them for false advertising and for the money they should have paid out when I was rushed to the emergency room, please send me a message. For the rest of you, stay as far away from this insurance company as possible.
You guys are absolutely the worst company I have ever had to deal with!!!! Terminate my account because of your own company problems? Not my fault!! And then AN HOUR WAIT on hold for your jacked up customer service and he basically told me I'm out of luck. WORST SERVICE AND COMPANY EVER.
They should get zero stars!!! You pay for health coverage but when I got hurt they payed not a dime!!!! Let's say they should be on everyone's scam reports.
Now I know what everyone was complaining about. I actually had a really good plan with lifewise, but they did a horrible job of notifying me when it got cancelled. I ended up going to the doctor without insurance because they failed to notify me that my coverage had been cancelled. The only email I got was 1 day before cancellation and that was on their website email. I never got a direct email or a notification letter. Been with LifeWise for over 20 years now I am 62 years old they have never paid out a dime for me now they send me a letter saying they will no longer insure people in Oregon. Thank You Life wise I hope you cheating bastards choke on every dollar I have paid you. Your probably voting for crooked Clinton I had to give a star or it would not let me post
