been going there for years asked months ago to be enrolled in psychotherapy, they have yet to do that i'm terrible at keeping appointments and i don't get contacted for months after the first couple of days of them trying to contact they're very invasive the meds don't work

WARNING, WARNING, WARNING! Do not, do not, do not have them help any of your family members here. My son had an amazing doctor already but Lifewell called me offering services for my adult son there claiming they would be an advocate and he could get so much help. It's been a total nightmare ever since for 2 years. At one point there was a change of doctors temporarily and the new doctor was telling me to have my son go down on medicine.
