I waited for a scheduled appointment about 3 months. I took time off of work to attend the appointment. The receptionist proceeded to then tell me I was not on the schedule and there had been a lot of "mix-ups" - I had a card that she had filled out the several months before when I scheduled so I handed it to her and asked if it would still work.
