Paul and Armando were very professional and did an excellent job installing our chair lift. We appreciated their guidance in the operation of the lift. It has made navigating the stairs so much safer and easier.

I needed a stairlift installed for my dad within 2 weeks and the first place I called didn't bother to call me back to set up a consultation. Lifeway Mobility had friendly customer service and their tech, Logan, called me the same day to schedule an evaluation. He came to my house and set up installation within one week! Ok so this install took a little over a year because I was trying to secure finding between various charities. He was patient and through with the paperwork. He checked up on me and gave me updates through the year. Finally the day of install arrives. Logan and Charlie assembled the ramp and chatted with my husband and father in law with the smoothest of speed. The friendly nature of Logan was very reassuring. He made sure I was comfortable going up and down. This process was amazing!!!! In a five star setting they get a 10!
