Disappointed that I could not even get anyone on the phone to schedule an estimate for a stair lift. Renee would email and text me but could not schedule it unless we talked. I would call and it would go to voicemail and she claims she called me but nothing would show up on my phone that I missed a call. Playing "phone tag" caused more stress and anxiety due to over night health issues that caused my very young husband not being able to go up or down stairs. We are so pleased with our choice having the lifeway mobility chair installed. Our experience from start to finish was awesome! Customer service goes above and beyond, the installer was very professional and knowledgeable installing the chair was so smooth and was. Jovan installed our ramp and he was fabulous! He addresses all of our concerns patiently and kindly, did everything (and more) than we asked of him and made a point of having us thoroughly inspect his work to make sure we were satisfied. Would highly recommend him.
