Right from the get go, talking with Tracy and Justin to the installer Jorge, was a great experience. I will highly recommend this company whether renting or buying a wheelchair ramp. Customer service was exceptional !!!
They made the process very painless, from scheduling the appointment, to the initial assessment to the install...and I managed it all remotely. Very satisfied with the level of customer service provided. Bravo!
Joe was kind efficient and quick. It was great.
Justin the salesman was marvelous. He was adamant about us ordering only what we really needed- no more and no less. Joe the installer was also extremely efficient, neat and quick. We were amazed at how quickly he installed our stairlift, explained the features and made sure we tried all the features before he left.
