Our Mom lives alone in Idaho and suffered a stroke. She was unable to leave her home without assistance and uses a walker. We live in Florida so we contacted Lifeway Mobility to get a wheelchair ramp installed along with some shower grab bars. We were contacted by Dorothy of Lifeway Mobility in Idaho who worked through the design and permitting process to get a ramp installed. We are very happy with the service we receive and with the quality and expertise of the technicians that are sent to do repairs on our stair lift. We have had several people over the years that have been excellent technicians, the most recent one was Joe today. He came on time checked the entire system, made adjustments and did it very efficiently. He did an awesome job and I would recommend him and the company to anyone needing a stair lift. Update.. From start to finish, my experience has been excellent. Matt made purchase of ramp simple, Lisa arranged the appointment, Bruce called about a change in installation. We both agreed the monsoon rains were bad timing. Andrew was not only polite, professional and punctual, he is an excellent installer who preserved the arbor. Thanks so much.
