Lifeway Hospice and Rhonda in particular, have worked with us at Alexis Estates and has always been professional and gone above and beyond for their clients. Having them here has been a relief to family members during their time of need. They have the answers that most people don't even know that they need as the families don't experience this part of life often. Unfortunately we have needed Lifeway's services this year many times. They have always been responsive and caring.

If I could give a zero I would. While Rhonda apparently was very good at her job selling Lifeway's Hospice services, the nurses were appalling. The only 2 things they did quickly was delivering the hospital bed, wheel chair, and shower chair and were semi-responsive on medicine. They apparently complained that my mother was demanding too many supplies and they only get them 2x per month.
