Wonderful staff…every single one of them. Very responsive to emergent situations as well as empathetic to personal feelings surrounding one’s most important feature, their smile…..Dr Cicortas is extremely gentle, thorough, and explains every detail/action in great detail….great dental practice!!!!
TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE! They indicated they wanted my x-rays from my previous dentist and I had them send to them. After being seen they still decided to do x-rays when it wasn’t necesary, then they came back with a $460.00 estimate. I decided to no longer wanted the cleaning and they still charge me the $69.00 for a cleaning I difnt have.
Fantastic overall the service was great the staff was phenomenal. Very professional. OMG Dr Sanchez is the greatest 😍
I drove almost 2 hours to Lifeway dental of Boca to see Dr. Sanchez because my fiance keeps raving about this office and this is the best Dentist and dental office I have ever been to. The level of customer service is top tier. Jennifer the office manager runs that office so seamlessly. Lisandra my new hygienist was phenomenal and knowledgeable. She was so kind and gentle.
