Monica and doctor Sanchez were quite manipulative. I had a very disappointing experience with this office. On my first visit, I arrived for my appointment and was told Dr. Sanchez was unavailable. I was not notified beforehand, yet they still attempted to charge the full fee. I was also pressured to pay a cancellation fee for an appointment I never confirmed.
