The photographers have never been actually experienced. Never helped get the children to smile etc. They then rescheduled our pictures for our Center THREE times! Embarassing! The 2nd time no one even showed I called every lifetouch number there was and no one answered until 10am just to tell me once again that they were not coming. Third time we reschedule my Center again and guess what no show again and told me there was no one they could send over. Absolutely hate the online people as well as the secretary or who ever answers the phone to connect you to people she whispers and acts like she’s doing something just to hang up had to call 5 times to speak to Nancy very disappointing...Nancy however was very helpful
