One star rating. Very friendly staff but on the day of my first appointment Dr Wing had an emergency that kept him out of office for several hours. Obviously this happens but no one who was scheduled for that morning was notified that the doctor was preoccupied. I sat in the waiting room with several other patients and they were all as uninformed as I was. Two hours after arriving I saw the doctor and I have nothing bad to say about his demeanor. Aweful, horrible experience. Wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy. My appointment was at 11. Was told to be there at 1045, and I was. At 1150, still waiting to go back or even be told anything. At 1215 I asked how much longer. I was told shortly. I was also told when I booked at the first appointment we would have an ultrasound and meet with the DR. The only thing I did was wait and wait, and then met with the person who claimed to be the Dr. He took a medical history and they stuck me 4 times for blood work and I... read more
The service here is the worst! I am 26 weeks pregnant, having issue after issue with this pregnancy, was told I need to go to EVMS for more test/monitoring and they have yet to send over the referral! I am switching my OB at 26 weeks bc service is just that bad. Appointment times are never held on time, and you can plan on being at the office at least an hour and a half each visit.
I can't speak for everyone but my experience with this staff was amazing. The receptionist were polite. The nurses pleasant and Dr. Wing was awesome. I've recommended all of my friends and family. Thank you Dr. Wing and your staff for making this a pleasant journey.
My daughter just moved her and was 29 weeks pregnant and I have been in the medical field for 15 years and this is the rudest, laziest, non professional group I have ever run into!!! Even the new doctors office that we are transferring to said they were so rude to them and were shocked with the in professionalism! DO NOT USE THIS GROUP!!!!! They also lie about not having your medical records to the new doctors office which they have and say they do not have any up to date records when we have been there three times in three ... read more
Worst customer service ever ! Had my FMLA paperwork sent to get filled out she told me that it takes 14 business days to complete (waited more than 14 business days and still wasn’t filled out/claim was denied/requested my paperwork and my money back) also decided to change doctors so I went in to complete a Medical Records Release form on 10/10/17 (which stated that it takes 3 business days) it’s now 11/01/17 and my records still have not been sent. I'm soo blessed to have found this practice . I get a bit anxious about doctors offices mostly from the physician or other medical professionals running behind and bedside manners. The office staff were professional and kind. The office is nice and clean. Tia Washington-Bennett WHNP-BC is an awesome nurse practitioner very kind and caring.
