Lifetime Windows and Doors - Salem was a great experience from the estimate process through installation. Matt was great to work with on the estimate for the replacement of 17 single pane windows with dual pane Simonton windows. The installers, Kyle and Zack were excellent. Their attention to detail is over the top. They were willing to make adjustments to accommodate our plans for blinds. Hired Lifetime Windows and Doors to install a window on a project of mine, converting an old bay window into a bump out, single picture window. Kyle and Zack helped me determine the best size window for project, gave me clear rough opening measurements for framing and later installed the window, watertight system and high quality trim around window perfectly. Good communication, excellent product and great installation!
We had a wonderful experience from the beginning to the end. Matt, the Sales Consultant, was very responsive, and Kyle and Zack were super nice and efficient to install the new sliding doors.
Tate came out the day after I called, I am impressed with the options and cost. Great timeline for install! Better price than competitors. I'll let you all know after it's done
What can I say…. Kyle and Zack were amazing. From start to finish on replacing 13 windows. Their personalities made the whole experience that much better. GREAT sense of humor. Beyond professional. Took the time for small details. Cleaned up as they went and made it look like they were never there each day. Matt from sales was great as well. No pressure sales and even came out to check how things were going! Would recommend Lifetime to be used and would request this same team for any and all additional work. Thank you!
