We switched to Lifetime from a competitive system that we had been renting, primarily because Mark at Lifetime was very responsive to our inquiries and was very price-competitive when presenting their solutions. I can not say enough great things! There have been two recent occasions where we have needed assistance with our water systems and Mark has been fast to reply and resolve the issue. Most recently on a Friday evening he came far after hours and stayed until the job was complete (1:01am!). To say we appreciate him and his team is an understatement.
