I made a frantic stop into Lifetime Vision at 8am on a Saturday after driving 2 hours from Indiana on icy roads. My daughter was to play in a volleyball tournament and realized 10 mins out that she had grabbed an empty contact case. Luckily I was carrying a new perscription and the wonderful staff gave me a pair of lenses and solution and sent me on my way. We moved to Crystal Lake in the 80s and started with Dr. Sprague upon recommendation from our daughter’s new teacher. Dr. Sprague is wonderful! He gave us the utmost care and we had total confidence in him right from the start. Now we are patients of his daughter, Dr. Keller, and we are so happy! She is a wonderful doctor, a personable doctor who is very knowledgeable and we know we are in good hands!
Love the ladies that work here. They are always friendly and really care about the patients. The doctors are excellent and very thorough. I’ve been here for many, many years!

My family and I have been patients for over 20 years. When my mother moved to Crystal Lake, she became a patient as well. We are very happy with the service we receive. Not only are the doctors wonderful, but the other members of the Lifetime team are too!
