Dr. Gore and her staff are so nice and friendly. They recognize you when you come to the desk, and are also very helpful with any questions you might have. I highly recommend them.
Called to setup an appointment, got a reply they dont accept new patients. Sure do miss Dr. Simmons when he had his clinic at Walmart.

I had the opportunity to see their customer service at it's WORST. A lady was a few minutes late for her daughters 2:00 appointment and they turned her away. WTH? SO, my mothers appointment was at 2:15.. and they were late getting her to see the doctor. Riddle me why?
I called to try to get an appointment as a new patient and the front office secretary was very inconsiderate. I need a good eye doctor very badly. But, glad I found out that Lifetime vision is not the place.
