Very friendly and attentive vet, does everything step by step and explains so clearly for treatment. No pressure and very caring.
Dr.Ali is such a wonderful vet. He is so kind and compassionate with our pets, and he is so thorough with any issues we have had. We appreciate his care.
Care is great and the vets are very communicative. My concern is for the cleanliness. I witness an employee come out of the back room already wearing gloves, then selected my pet food then entered my purchase into the computer all the while wearing the same gloves. They called out another employee to assist with the computer entry which they did, with their hands, touching the same keyboard as had been touched by the other employee’s gloves. Dr. Ali is a good listener and explores all the options for your pet. He didn't rush through my dog's exam and considered all the possibilities thoroughly. Great clinic and doctors overall.
