I bought 2 systems from Daybreak Solar in October 2022. Lifetime Solar picked up the contract for the install of the systems. Lifetime Solar kept us informed of the status of permits, and once that phase was complete delivery and install was professionally done on both systems. Daybreak Solar dropped the ball on my second system for a connection permit and that delayed activation for about 30 days. Both systems ran for 7 months with no issues. I had a solar inverter go out. Good luck getting your system fixed, ours has been down 3 times with in 2 years. Have been down since end of March 2023 and here is it June 7, 2023, and still not fixed. Lifetime Solar keeps giving ** the run around about some part.

I spent four months as an independent sales representative for lifetime solar (lower case for disrespect). Once legal proceedings have concluded, I will share factual details of my unfortunate experience with the person responsible for daily operations and ownership.

Company will not hook my solar panels up to my meter , so the electric company does not know how much power i am making. They will not answer the phone when you try to contact them. More than one time failed to show up when they said they would.

I am not even sure if this company is in business. Solar panels were installed at my residence back in February of 2020 and now it is almost mid May and have had no communications from them. The system is not complete and no one answers the phone number listed. I have only been able to leave voice mails.

Honest, knowledgeable and readily accessible. Quick response to questions. We have had no issues. The install was done in one day - it was ****** that took their time to do their part. Anyway it is up and producing. We installed at the end of the summer so we are excited to see big savings next summer. We have 2 gas furnaces (installed the year before we decided on solar) so we won’t get the maximum benefit until summer.
