A close friend of ours had a terrible experience with Dr. Yaqi Li. She received a dental implant, but in less than six months, it became infected. In pain and worried, she went back to the clinic to explain what had happened and to ask for help. Instead of receiving care or understanding, Dr. Li sent out his manager, Ashley, who told her to leave the office and even threatened to call the police. Palmer Smile Design is great! Friendly, thorough, and on time! The dentist explains everything to you and does not push unnecessary treatments. We recently switched here after becoming dissatisfied with a dentist we went to for over 20 years!!

🔴 Please read this. What happened to her should never happen to anyone. A woman we know had a very upsetting experience at this dental office in Easton, PA. After getting a dental implant, she had a bad infection. She messaged the dentist right away, asking for help — but he didn’t answer. She was in pain and had to go to Urgent Care, where they gave her antibiotics.
