I feel it’s my responsibility to warn others about my experience at Palmer Smile Design in Easton, PA. During my last visit, I was blindsided to discover that the entire office staff had changed — new dentist, new front desk personnel, and a new hygienist. Not a single word of warning was given beforehand. Even more concerning, the website still features the old staff and Dr. Farrell, who is no longer with the practice. Stay away people !! They messed up my tooth, didn’t follow up, and lied. Staff keeps changing and they don’t care about patients. Go somewhere else. Don’t waste your time or money here.
If I could give 10 stars, I would! Absolutely love this Dental office. All the staff are very friendly and helpful. The care for the patients is Top tier. I’ve had work done with Dr.Li and he made sure I had all possible options for treatment and pricing was fair and reasonable. The website was easy to navigate and resourceful. Highly recommend for all your Dental needs!
