Last year Lifetime Roofing, which is now part of On Top Roofing, replace my roof in Park City. I have 16 solar panels and Lifetime Roofing used a contractor to remove and reinstall the solar panels. The reinstall was sloppy. The panels are not where they were originally, off by a foot or two and not symmetrical. They didn't even show up for our scheduled appointment. Very disappointing
$65K for a new metal roof and 2 years later they won't call me back to seal holes in the roof they installed. 6 weeks and 3 rain storms later and I still have holes in my roof. We have called 10+ times to their office line and many times to the sales rep's voicemail. I can't believe a company would operate this way. Why won't you call us back? Why won't you come seal the hole in our roof that you promised to do? The office staff (it's a paid answering service) apologizes and takes a message but nobody ever calls back. We lea... read more
