$65K for a new metal roof and 2 years later they won't call me back to seal holes in the roof they installed. 6 weeks and 3 rain storms later and I still have holes in my roof. We have called 10+ times to their office line and many times to the sales rep's voicemail. I can't believe a company would operate this way. Why won't you call us back? James and his team performed excellent repairs on my roof. I completely trust this company as other roofing contractors tried to sell me services I didn’t need. I could not have received any better and timely services.
First question: Would I use Lifetime Roofing again to replace my roof? Answer: absolutely yes Second question: Why? Answer: We needed our roof replaced as well as several skylights replaced. Aaron was next door replacing our neighbors roof, so I asked him to come over and give us a bid. I'm glad I did. He was knowledgeable and very helpful.
