during the course of installing my roof, the installers did not drain my swamp cooler. This caused water to come pouring down onto my kitchen ceiling. They sprayed a textured paint on the ceiling hiding the fact that extensive water damage had occurred. Edited to add in February 2025: We have had an issue with mold in our garage due to a leak coming in from behind a flashing. This should have been addressed when the roof was installed they confirmed they checked or replaced all of our flashing at the time the roof was replaced. We were told we had a warranty with Lifetime and this should have been covered by them, at least the repair of the flashing. We've been trying to get an answer from Lifetime as to whether they would cover this. We've contacted their receptionist 8-10... read more

We have worked with Lifetime Roofing for the last 10 years on numerous projects. Darin Lay has been a fantastic resource for us by delivering a quality product that is on time and on budget. Darin does a great job working with our customers and managing quality control. If we have had any problems Lifetime has always been quick to respond and resolve any issues.
