Got screwed over by previous insurance and roofing company seeking to replace my damaged roof. Casey from Lifetime Roofing was super helpful and prompt in providing me with an independent inspection of my roof in an effort to manage the situation between the roofing company and insurance. Wish I would have gone with Lifetime Roofing earlier.
during the course of installing my roof, the installers did not drain my swamp cooler. This caused water to come pouring down onto my kitchen ceiling. They sprayed a textured paint on the ceiling hiding the fact that extensive water damage had occurred. This foam repair has deteriorated since/ peeled showing the extent of the damage that occurred on install. Their project manager Steve did come down to my house one time to look at it. Edited to add in February 2025: We have had an issue with mold in our garage due to a leak coming in from behind a flashing. This should have been addressed when the roof was installed they confirmed they checked or replaced all of our flashing at the time the roof was replaced. We were told we had a warranty with Lifetime and this should have been covered by them, at least the repair of the flashing. We've been trying to get an answer from Lifetime as to whether they would cover this. We've contacted their receptionist 8-10... read more
