We had IWC roofing just replace our roof. They had the best price in the estimates and the guy doing the inspection was nice and good at communicating till we signed the contract. Once the crew got to our house they were working very quickly. I had quesitons but most of the workers did not speak english and I could not get ahold of the estimate guy because he was doing an inspection. Got screwed over by previous insurance and roofing company seeking to replace my damaged roof. Casey from Lifetime Roofing was super helpful and prompt in providing me with an independent inspection of my roof in an effort to manage the situation between the roofing company and insurance. during the course of installing my roof, the installers did not drain my swamp cooler. This caused water to come pouring down onto my kitchen ceiling. They sprayed a textured paint on the ceiling hiding the fact that extensive water damage had occurred.
