Richard came by and fixed a small leak we had in our roof expertly. He was on time and efficient and diadnosed and solved the problem in a timely manner. He will definitely be our first call if anything pops up again.

We had to have our roof and our gutters replaced. It's a complicated roof with 24 solar panels that had to be taken down and reinstalled after the new roof was in place. Six skylights also had to be replaced. We are very pleased with result. Everyone involved in the project was easy to work with, and there was a minimum of disruption. Alex was our contact person. I called Richard Daskam at the recommendation of my realtor and friend Stacy Grissom. I had a drippy bathroom vent. He came by within a couple days and found the roofing company that had put in the vent caps didn’t seal any edges on any of them. He sealed those right up and reconfigured the dryer vent so that it works properly. A wonderful experience all around.

Couldn't be happier with my new deck, or should I say outdoor living space! Richard was an outstanding project consultant every step of the way and was instrumental in helping us achieve our vision. Ever since we moved to the mountains we've been dreaming of Increasing our outdoor access and Lifetime really delivered on this one. The crew was top-notch and the attention to detail was impressive.
