Richard was great! He showed when he said he would for the inspection. He kept us in the loop as material ordering, building permits and insurance was being taken care of. They took care of everything for us. We recieved copies of all paper work, pricing and warranty information. He would answer whenever I called day and night, and answered any questions that I had. Their cleanup was spot on as well. You couldn't even tell they were there! New roof looks great! 10/10 would highly recommend!

His crew responded within hours, sealing up dramatic roof damage on our shop and home. They were thorough, working with the insurance adjuster and us to assure that the total project was complete to our satisfaction from emergency repairs to final acceptance. His communication was excellent throughout the entire project.
Richard was great to work with, lots of back and forth with the insurance company, but Richard took care of all the details. His crew did a great job of clean up and came to take care of a couple of small details. When I needed a question answer Richard responded very quickly. Thank you Richard.
