Would give 0 stars if I could. I would not recommend their services and they do not pay their subbies. To summarise this business in one word - crooks.
We too had a very bad experience with this guy Keil, he was never available for any communications, we could only reach out to his sales rep Royce and later even stopped responding. We had paid 90% of the contract amount and we were left us with only a pool shell and concrete around without the pool filter, heater, tiling. Nothing was smooth and we ended up paying too much to get things sorted after our building construction.
Steer far away from Keil! He promised us a completed and quality pool. He asked for advance payments almost fully paid contract and left us with only a pool shell and concrete around without the pool filter, heater, tiling and fencing around! He has caused us not only financial damage but also psychological and emotional damages! He was so pleasant during sales and at the start I can’t believe we will be his victim! Now he no longer answers any form of communications!
Many issues while building our pool. The pool builder just disappeared, not returning calls, our pool is not finished. We're owed $, also for the mistakes made.
I have never left a negative review for any product or service before, but until meeting Keil Chadwick and Lifetime Pools , I had never had thousands of dollars stolen from me by a business. I have always taken online reviews with a grain of salt, giving a business the benefit of the doubt, but I would encourage anyone considering working with Keil in any field to do your background research.
