Tyson and the Lifetime team are fantastic! This winter, our hot-water tank stopped working in the middle of a cold spell. We were also in the middle of a tough family situation. Tyson made time for us to get a replacement system installed so that we had hot water. His team came back a few days later, as their schedule allowed, and made a few more adjustment to the system. I sincerely appreciate all that they did to help us out!
