This my first time being pregnant. I would think staff in the medical field would be more compassionate, but the staff here is kinda rude. Especially the receptionist lady. The receptionist lady is very rude and makes me feel uncomfortable. The doctors are nice. However, EVERYTIME I come here it’s like 45 min to an hour for me to be seen. If my appointment is scheduled for 3pm, I don’t get seen until atleast 3:45-4pm. This will be my first/last pregnancy experience at this facility and I don’t recommend.
