Best broker in Richmond, worked with her many times always professional,courteous and beats everyone's rates.
This guy Tim Scott Wenk runs this company. (He has obviously posted below.) He has ripped me off for approximately $4800.00 in closing costs. I am filing criminal (false pretenses) charges against him this week as a result and an accompanying civil action. He has skipped with my closing costs and changed his phone number. He has pretended to have a mortgage deal in line for me and has basically defrauded me. STAY AWAY from this company. Bad news. A swindler.
