Shelly and her very efficient staff are the best in Prescott. She is very personable and spends time answering questions without you feeling like you are taking too much of her time. Quick appointments, blood draws and a very dedicated NP in my opinion and I have been to many doctors. Her office is very clean and it's actually refreshing to go to a small office that makes you feel right at home. I can't say enough and will hopefully always have her as my NP. When I first started seeing Shelly a few years back everything was fine. However the services provided went downhill from there. Office staff continually cancelled my appointments just to reschedule and cancel again. I wouldn’t care as much if the majority of the time I was practically in the parking lot when they would call. My biggest issue is how the office has handled my insurance. Unfortunately Shelly’s office has been billing my insurance incorrectly. I had no idea until I spoke to an insurance rep. My children and I all see Shelly. She and her staff have been amazingly attentive and caring towards us and helped us through many moments. I am so grateful to have found this practice. Very sad & disappointed. You think you're going to a primary "care" physician because you're looking for help and answers with your health, and you'd hope they're going to actually care for you as their patient. Evidently if any part of your health every becomes outside of Shelly's preference, then rather than to help, assist, or direct you through your need, she would rather simply terminate the relationship as she likes to put it.
