We ended up having to book another hotel after trying to stay here for two nights (was supposed to stay here for 6 nights) - there are three windows in this room that are not fully sealed which means all the cars and partying at night in Waikiki can be heard from the room( we were on the 22nd floor and noise was still an issue esp during the weekends). Rooms are dated and need renovations. Staff are friendly and helpful. Plenty of amenities provided. You can get beach towels, chairs and umbrellas from the main office (if available). Laundry room is huge and main office can provide change. Swimming pool is a nice size and very clean. Billiards and ping pong room was not available during our stay due to maintenance. This is a great vacation spot. It is located near the shops and restaurants in Wiakiki. The rooms are studios with a full kitchen. Amenities include free parking, pool, gym, dining area, grills, beach chairs, and towels.

My husband & I stayed at this resort for a week. Our room was on the 22nd floor, a very very small studio. The location is ok but it is NOISEY! You can hear all the traffic, all the sirens & there are sirens EVERY night. We could also hear our neighbors across the hall from us. The room itself is very outdated. The bathroom was extremely small, the water pressure in the shower is very low. The good: you can’t beat the location, close to everything; free parking; free use of beach chairs; friendly staff; full kitchen; lanai; fast hot water; reasonably priced laundry room ($2 per load wash or dry); no persistent timeshare sales people calling us. The bad: very old rooms that require immediate renovation; the doors and windows don’t seal well, so very noisy; the AC was very loud; the gym was unusable as all the machines were not functioning properly and no free weights.
