If i could give a negative score I would! My 74 yr mother had triple bypass surgery, with very limited mobility , needed help with everything, especially bathing and physical therapy. The first week, a nurse shows up for evaluation, and said a CNA/HHA would come 3 times a week for an hour. NEVER CAME , no one answered or called to dbl chk on her for 2 weeks!
