Terrible HOA - do not use or have nothing to do with this overcharging pathetic joke of a company.
I talked to our manager Micheal regarding some questions I had and he was very friendly and knowledgeable and answered my questions. Since Micheal and Lifetime became our managment company last yeaer communication has improved a bunch compared to our other companies who were here before them. thank you for a job well done.
This place has caused ********* husbands 1st time buying an home experience a nightmare. From us having our boat on our property we gotten told by Lifetime HOA do not have it there so we removed it, to us seeing a resident in the same neighborhood with a boat still for 3+ months now. This is not my first bad review for this business. LIfetime HOA Management is neglecting the residents of one of their communities, Wolf Creek, by allowing La Cantina 1604 Food Truck customers, an entertaining business with ********* and not live music playing above the permissible 85 decibels, to invade our subdivision streets every weekend for parking! I paid my dues on time with 2 money orders, which they misplaced(they acknowledged this and I have the signed receipts to prove it) but they placed my account in delinquency status anyway, with late fees!! I paid the fees AGAIN while I search for legal advice.
The manager is very knowledgeable and goes above and beyond to keep the residents informed of any changes to the law. The company makes sure that someone answers the phone when you call. There is transparency on the budget and what is being spent monthly and yearly. I would recommend them to any other HOA!

I mean what is the purpose of HOA when all it does is sending you non-compliant notifications that turns out to not even be your house - a mystery I guess. The general negative perceptions about HOAs are TRUE with this one.
Constantly being harassed about the stupidest things. Even sent notices about issues with a picture of a different home that we don’t know own. Vague notices sent that always need clarification from a photo taken 100 yards away. We were just fine before they showed up! The WORST!
