In summary, Lifetime Heating, Cooling and Electric broke its warranty contract. I informed Lifetime Heating the ** problem in December 2023, Lifetime Heating did not send out its technician to examine and test the ** units while it was still under the two year labor warranty. In December 2023 Lifetime only wanted me paying for maintenances that were not covered in the warranty. On 5/11/2024 I found out that the ** upstairs was not running.
