I was nervous when I came in .and was calm when I left. Didn’t know what to do or think. Heather and all the young ladies that help her out from day to day made me feel welcome .

My 94-year-old Dad recently went to Lifetime Hearing to have his hearing tested. I was impressed to see a display in the reception area of an easy-to-operate captioned phone which we could order for my father. Dr. Dooley and everyone on her staff were patient and professional with Dad. Instead of just saying "You're so-and-so percent deaf in this ear," she showed him a diagram of his hearing loss in each ear. I actually look forward to my appointments with the clinic. I cant say enough about how you are treated. It just feels good to be treated in a way that makes you feel like a good friend instead of a patient!
Doctor Dooley was such a help with my 4 year old hearing aids. She gave me pointers and adjustments on my aids and I left there hearing better than I have in a very long time. She is outstanding.
