Up until today, I had not had any positive experiences with dentists. Today, was the game changer with Dr. Dow and his staff. Considerate, understanding, (even with some of my repeatative questions) are just a few examples of his kindness. I would recommend Dr. Dow and his staff, without any hesitation.
The staff is always friendly and kind, and they give amazing dental advice, while making my teeth sparkle!

Personal bias doesn’t belong in a professional healthcare setting. Update-you can’t take back words that have already been said, or actions that have already been done. A doctor should know better than to treat any individual with such implicit biases. You may be able to make him aware of these unconscious stereotyping and judgemental actions, but you can’t change a person’s morale values. It’s amazing what some people can keep hidden, but eventually, they will be exposed.
