Very kind and trustworthy staff. In the past, I have felt dentists were not being honest with me. I trust the information the dentist and hygienist are telling me at Stoughton Family Dental. The front staff are always very friendly. They have helped me out in the past during a financial emergency as well. Great place all around...professional yet very personable. If you are a forgetful type, they text and email you reminders of upcoming appointments. Dental Hygienists are attentive to making sure you are comfortable. Dr. Dow is very skilled at what he does. He communicates in easy to understand terms, and provides various treatment/cost options available for consideration. Highly recommend them!
All staff appear to enjoy being at work. They function as a team and enthusiastically assist each patient. It is a welcoming environment where getting dental work done is easily tolerated. Their final goal of each visit seems to make sure satisfaction of their work is what was expected. They are a very kind and talented group of workers!
