I love this dental practice! After going to the same dentist my entire life, after he unforunately passed away, I was left to find a new dentist. Terrifying. So glad that I chose Lifetime Family Dental in New Lenox! All of the staff (dentists, hygienists, office staff, etc.) are so wonderful. They are so knowledgeable and thorough, and everyone is so friendly and kind. I genuinely spend the majority of my visit laughing with my hygienist. Definitely give this place a try! Highly recommend.
I arrived early and placed a face to the wonderful front desk person known as Kevin. Kevin did an excellent job of selling me on the idea of arranging for a free consultation. Who doesn't love "FREE" At this point I met another remarkable member of the team: Lina

I had a dental cleaning on May 14th the hygienist there was amazing and very kind. During that vist I met Dr. Irum she told me I need fillings. She convinced me get them filled that day. During the filling the assistant was very kind and advocated for me. The next few day I got really bad pain May 26th I went back. She told me it was my fault I chipped my tooth and had an adittude with me. When she was figure out which tooth hurt I jumped when she tapped it then she tapped it again harder. Only good thing to say is that the dental hygienist, was excellent! Went in for a temp crown for a broken tooth. Had that tooth extracted by another dentist, and was charged for the permanent crown by this Dentist for a tooth I no longer have. Also when she placed temporary crown on, my gums became infected, and they have no after hour answering service. Your can only call during working hours. So I waited in pain all weekend, till an antibiotic could be given. Never recommend this dentist.
