This is a very friendly and professional doctors office! The staff are very friendly and seem to have a genuine care for their patients. I’ve been coming here for over 15 years and have always enjoy my visits. If you’re looking for a new doctors office that this is the place to be. Dr. Baylish is a great doctor also!!

This is the second time. They charged me for not showing up to a appointment that I canceled at least a week prior to my appointment.
If I could give this place a zero I would! The staff are working rude and unprofessional. They lose stuff don’t relay messages to the doctor don’t call you back and send prescriptions over. They always have you on hold for 15-30+ mins. The doctor won’t see you unless you don’t have a balance. The doctor also will stop filling your prescriptions until you come in for an unnecessary appointment to make more money. Melissa is the absolute worst and so is the other girl who works reception. I've been a patient at Lifetime Family Care since late 2019. Dr. Ia Kue was my original doctor there, & it's no exaggeration to say that she played a key role in saving my life when she detected an issue w/ my heart. The care & support Dr. Kue provided me was life changing, and life saving. I was very sad when she announced she was leaving that practice, but she put me in the very good, capable hands of my current doctor, Dr. Palaganas.
