I've been going to Dr. Balysh for almost a decade and she has been absolutely amazing! The front desk and medical billing staff are absolutely horrible though. Long wait times on the phones, very unorganized, and sometimes rude. I've also had an issue where I scheduled an appointment over the phone, and a different date was put into the computer than what was told. Because of this misshap, they charged me a $50 no show fee and I was very upset. I am currently looking for a new PCP, but we will see what happens.
Had a appointment at this business i was a little late, only one person in the lobby, the receptionist on March 4th 2026 stated I had to be "rescheduled " without checking with the doctor (which she is not) this receptionist was very unprofessional an I wouldn't recommend anyone give this place their business while they "donot" value customers
