My insurance states that Lifetime Eyecare Center accepts our insurance. Long story short, we spent so much time at the office and on the phone with this company to not get glasses because THEY REFUSE to accept our stated copay. Lisa said they refuse to help us because they, "wasted too much time on calling our insurance." We have filed a grievance with our insurance company and will find another company to get our glasses.
