I made my appointment without issue. I had my appointment without issue. I received my contacts and glasses without issue. This is a good and proper eye care office. Not a burger king. The only way I could see someone having a problem with this place is if they wanted things their way and just got a little confused as to where they were. 👍
I had a very good experience; they answered all my questions and listened to what I expressed.
I went to this optometrist for a few years. They use old equipment. Their glasses are not adequate for females that have anything outside of a small head. They try to force male glasses on you that are (in my opinion) far too heavy since they are metal frames. They charge you for a copy of your prescription which is illegal under the federal trade commission's eyeglass rule. I should have filed with the FTC BOTH times they charged me.
My daughter had eye emergency while we were traveling. Lifetime Eyecare got us right in and went above and beyond caring for my daughter and getting her the help she needed. They even called to check on her a few hours later and gave me a number to reach the doctor over the weekend if we had any more trouble. I could not recommend them more heartily. It was the most thorough and compassionate healthcare of any kind I have ever received.
I went to Lifetime Eyecare recently, I'm sure the Dr. is competent but I only went once and will not be back. The issue for me was that because of the way Lifetime filed the insurance one of the standard services was not covered. I spoke to Lifetime 3 times to try to resolve the issue but they were no help and I felt they didn't care.
