I have had 6 different HVAC service requests since moving into the building - all of which take multiple days to weeks to resolve. The latest was my AC which stopped working after building personnel attended my unit to perform a meter inspection and temporarily shut off power to the unit. Following the restoration of power, my air conditioning system ceased functioning entirely. It has been one week without someone coming to restore the AC and they said it will be over another week to have this issue resolved.

I do not recommend Lifetime Developments based on my experience as a resident in one of their buildings. Since moving in 9 months ago, I’ve experienced ongoing HVAC issues, the unit did not cool in the summer and now has no heat in the winter. Despite repeated follow-ups, resolution has been slow and inconsistent. Most recently, I was advised that the earliest available service appointment is 21 days out in the middle of winter. DO NOT BUY OR RENT UNITS BUILT BY THEM. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I have moved into 285 Dufferin Street (X02) Condos. The build quality for a brand new unit (been three months since I moved in) is outright horrendous. I have had mold issues, poor quality closet that broke even before we used it, bathroom door that kept leaking which took 2 months to resolve, and in general things are poorly built. It’s unbelievable.On top of that, they do not respond to issues that are reported on the Tarion portal as requested by them.
