I had an excellent experience working with the Customer Care team at Lifetime Developments. A special thank you to Brandon for his professionalism, responsiveness and genuine care throughout the process. He went above and beyond to make sure that I am happy with every step of the way, followed through on his commitments, and made what could have been a stressful situation much easier. Outstanding customer service like this deserves recognition. Thank you again!

I have had 6 different HVAC service requests since moving into the building - all of which take multiple days to weeks to resolve. The latest was my AC which stopped working after building personnel attended my unit to perform a meter inspection and temporarily shut off power to the unit. Following the restoration of power, my air conditioning system ceased functioning entirely. It has been one week without someone coming to restore the AC and they said it will be over another week to have this issue resolved.

I do not recommend Lifetime Developments based on my experience as a resident in one of their buildings. Since moving in 9 months ago, I’ve experienced ongoing HVAC issues, the unit did not cool in the summer and now has no heat in the winter. Despite repeated follow-ups, resolution has been slow and inconsistent. Most recently, I was advised that the earliest available service appointment is 21 days out in the middle of winter.
