I have moved into 285 Dufferin Street (X02) Condos. The build quality for a brand new unit (been three months since I moved in) is outright horrendous. I have had mold issues, broken things, badly aligned things and many more to list here. It’s unbelievable. Don’t buy or rent in units built by Lifetime Developments

On top of all the other scummy behaviour listed in reviews below, their VP is all over Instagram yelling at and getting physical with a group of elderly folks. Yes, you read that correctly. Real tough guy. Complete loser behaviour.
We finished work for that company’s contractor who has no any experience of work. And we finished all work with high quality but we didn’t get paid from their contractor. I report situation about contractor to lifetime they still don’t have any actionz. Is that work like that ???
