This practice isn’t the same since Dr. Bob retired. I have been with this dental practice since 2016. I went last week for a routine six month cleaning. I left with a large amount estimate and being told I needed a TON of work done even with insurance. I immediately transferred to a new dentist for a second opinion. Had a beautiful pair of crowns restored last month. Happy to have my smile back.
Never again. Went here for my boyfriend’s root canal surgery and he paid $1400 for a surgery that 1. Was cancelled the day before and they failed to call him about it and he didn’t even know it was rescheduled until he was AT the office. Then 2. When we got to the office the dentist was an HOUR late for his appt which was at 2:00. I asked nicely to the best of my ability to have a discount to which they denied. Screw this place!
I had an outstanding experience getting treated at this place, Dr. Patel took good care of me. Good communication and satisfying service in the area.
