If you need somebody is honest and is knowledgeable about their work, Seth is really your guy. I had another waterproofing company waterproof my basement and after repeated flooding, I was recommended to Seth by the water remediation company I engaged. Seth was able to quickly point out that the company has failed to take into account the slope of the basement when installing the original system. Seth was the best. He came out to assess a leakage problem and suggested we get the work done by a masonary expert. Seth didnt charge me for the assessment! I now have a trusted basement sealing company for future work!
I am more than pleased with Lifetime Basement Waterproofing. I would give them 10 stars if I could. It just rained 9.5 inches as the remnants of Hurricane Helene came through and my basement and garage have stayed bone dry. Seth and his crew were hard workers, polite, and listened to and addressed my concerns.
