I hate to leave such a bad review of a business, but I feel inclined to do so in this case as this place is run so poorly. Possibly the biggest offense of this office is that I devoted many hours to receive testing from them. After multiple sessions, they informed me that their psychologist quit and they can no longer assist in testing. I called the office to get some answers, or at least a referral. I heard this place got into a bunch of trouble recently... My niece goes to school with one of the workers kids.
the testing was fine, make sure they accept your insurance but they accepted mine. problem came in when i had my last test and they the didn’t contact us for 3 MONTHS!!!!!! then, when they got back to us, i came there to find they had LOST MY FILE!!!! they couldn’t finish my testing. DO NOT trust this place. the tester doesn’t even have his license!!!! he got the job because he’s the owners son. waste of 6 months.
