The Lifestyle Unlimited model does not work well anymore. I joined Lifestyles Unlimited a little over 4 years ago. At that point, my youngest sister, middle sister, Aunt/Uncle, cousin, and my father had all recently joined within the previous year. A lot of fake 5 star reviews for this organization. The real money is in harvesting income from suckers, not real estate investments.
You can lose money investing with these people. I'm about to lose 50K because one of their Lead investors is getting our properties foreclosed on due to his inability to properly manage a multifamily community. The people in charge of this place will blame you and tell you it's your fault. Update on 5/6/2025: The property I mentioned above was foreclosed on today at the county auction here in Texas.
