You can lose money investing with these people. I'm about to lose 50K because one of their Lead investors is getting our properties foreclosed on due to his inability to properly manage a multifamily community. The people in charge of this place will blame you and tell you it's your fault. Update on 5/6/2025: The property I mentioned above was foreclosed on today at the county auction here in Texas. I am very disappointed with the results. After several multi-family deals, the outcomes have been consistently poor, with multiple cash call requests. While the team comprises good people, I have decided to take their advice of "never lose money" to heart. Consequently, I am stepping back from future investments until I see positive results from the current deals.
