I have nothing good to say about this property management. They DO NOT answer calls. When you first move in, it seems great, ****** answer calls but once everything is all set, they will never answer the phone again. Any problem you have is your OWN problem because well, you can not get a hold of anyone. I got blamed for broken items, etc. that I submitted work orders for within the first few days of living in our condo and to this day (over 6 months in) these items have never been fixed. I have just downloaded my final statements from 2 years of using this company to manage 2 houses in ************, **. They desperately need training on how to run a property management company. Being from out of state I took the word of one tenant and continued to use them for the house they managed when I bought it as well as added my other rental home purchased at the same time. it was a fiasco due to their lack of education. We are sorry the owner feels this way. We have not managed either property in almost a year. We ********************* repairs on one of the properties at no charge for months and had a hard time collecting funds for the repairs once they were complete. When a tenant has the owner's contact info there is always misinformation relayed to the owner from the tenant. I wish I could give them 0 stars. The worst property management company. They do don't respond to maintenance request. I was told I would receive a garage with my unit. Upon receiving my keys I was told it was unavailable but still was charged for the unit. Property was not as advertised on Zillow. ************** was filthy upon move in. 10 months after I moved in I received a text message from the property manager asking if I would like to rent a garage for an additional charge? They have yet to return my security deposit or given my any reason why they are keeping it. I have reached out numerous of times no one has reached back out. Two weeks before it was time to renew my lease my AC stopped working. They informed me the home owners has not reached back out with a solution.
