One of your realtors, Gwyn Ice, trashed our neighborhood with her advertisement in a plastic bag thrown out onto our resident's driveways - who does that and then thinks someone will use this business yea right - no thanks !!!
This is my warning to all to never use Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Traditions in Jacksonville, Fl. Yesterday at 5pm one of their male agents took it upon himself to unlock the lockbox to our PENDING condo and let himself in as I was home alone in the kitchen. This realtor then shouted at me that he “had an appointment to show the condo” and when I told him that the condo is pending and there was absolutely no appointment he THREW the lockbox insert and key at me. Tried to contact the listing agent but was blocked and grilled by an overly aggressive person who answered the phone. Very unprofessional and I skipped seeing the property because of it.
