I 've been going for rehab and Judy is the best at what she does. Judy and her assistants are caring, it's just not a job to them, they truly care about each patient.. I feel better now than I have in years. Thanks so much for helping me get my life back. Vidant Wellness Center is the place to get into shape at, with a great atmosphere..

I came in and had a great workout. My trainer is out with the flu but i worked out all by myself for the first time. I really enjoyed it. I would like to especially thank my trainer. I want say her name because i dont know how she would feel about it. But let me tell u she is the best. Hats off to u for training me well. I will be glad when she is feeling better and can get back in with me. Also its a great and friendly atmosphere there all so. Whole staff is very nice and friendly
The staff is great & gives an extra thorough tour upon signing up for a free week to try out the facility. The clientele is very friendly & laid back as well-no "clique-ish" feel here. And, the best part is I can attend Spin classes without having to worry whether I'll get a ticket or not (like some others in town). Love this gym! 😀👍🏼
