Needed spa salt. Waited for 25 min during normal store hours called twice, 10 min in he answered and said he was in the back in 5 min would unlock the doors. 15 min later I was just about to leave and he opens the door. I walk in and then he tells me (after I tell him what I wanted already on the phone) that they’re out of spa salt. Waste of my time
Every time I walk into this store they are so very inviting. Kelli Elder was a great help in questions about the chemicals needed to fix our spa problems. The solution is always spot on. I always recommend this store for there great customer service!
I had a wonderful experience with Kelli!! She even came out to my house to make sure I knew how everything worked!!! Love my hot tub! Would definitely buy from her again!!!
