They forgot to ship my bowl piece and they shipped it with the cheapest shipping possible even though I paid extra for shipping when I ordered a water pipe. In addition the bowl piece was supposed to come with the water pipe, not an entire week later which is forcing me to buy my own separate bowl piece. Had a nose piercing done it somehow came loose overnight I brought jewelry down they sterilized it and put it back in - great customer service
