Worst dealership
I was trying to reinstall a battery into my Momentum 320G and was having lots of issues.. I burned up one battery ..bought another and called service..Dakota answered the call and after multiple calls from me due to me not knowing electric stuff Dakota walked me though everything...checking fuses in the converter etc. Got it all working thanks to Dakota. This dealerships service department doesn't know what they're doing. They just bully you until your warranty runs out.
From Dave, Rick, Lisa and Stephanie all the way through the purchase, was a good experience, this is the third RV we have purchased through Lifestyle RV. I appreciate everyone’s knowledge of their particular job. Stephanie was very good at her walk through. The unit price was excellent and the extended warranty was a great buy. The finance company was easy to work with. I like them better than Bank of America. It was difficult to get hold of a person when we had a question about the financial part of it.
I, Larry Goehring, purchased a New Passport 2210RB Oct 31, 2020 at Lifestyle RV, Grain Valley, MO. Took a trip to Texas Feb, 2021. Immediate problems: (1) lousy mattress, 2 pieces of foam, 2 ½” thick w/cover. (2) dinette table in slide out wobbles like crazy: after camping trip to Truman Lake, arrived home, found table, 1 support tube, and 6 screws scattered on floor.
