What can I say about Michael, We had a buyer who canceled on us and had to pay us earnest money. Michael sent me a picture of an envelope with my address on it and said it would be mailed that day. 11 days later after returning from vacation I still had not received the check. I was concerned because my mailbox is on the sidewalk and I don't live in the best area. I text Michael to let him know I had not received the check and asked if he could check with the bank to make sure it hadn't been cashed. I got no response so I ca... read more
