Jeni Bennion is the real deal. Very personable, very knowledgeable, has a great lender/ inspectors, and helps you create a realistic vision of what you want/ need (even potential interior design idea and remodeling projects). I went through 8 realtors in UT… but finally felt like someone was on my side, letting me drive, and taking things at my pace, etc. when i started working with Jeni.
