Tawnya was extremely helpful and reduced the stress of selling our property while we were out of state. She took care of many things beyond just marketing our home. She vacuumed carpets between a showing and kept things fresh, even decorating the porch for Christmas. She negotiated well with the buyers when asking too much for me to fix. Tawyna, made sure I was up to date on everything going on since I had already moved out of the house.
