I have really enjoyed working with LMC. My nutritionist Kim is very knowledgeable. She's kind and patient and doesn't make me feel guilty when I don't do things perfectly. My understanding of food and its effect on my body has greatly increased. I've also learned how to use food and the importance of the different nutrients. They are very accommodating and work to fit your schedule.

They have been very helpful with my nutritional needs. I've been working on consuming less sugar, and they have helped me with that. My nutritionist has been very kind, but stern, as I needed her to be. Thank you so much!
